PH Rich Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PH Rich ("we," "us," or "the platform") governing your access to and use of the PH Rich website located at phrich.best, including all games, promotions, services, and features offered through the platform.

To create an account and use PH Rich, you must meet all of the following conditions:

2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your area before registering.

6. You must register under your own true legal identity — anonymous registrations or registrations using a false name are not permitted.

PH Rich may request proof of age and identity at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed. If it is established that a player was underage at registration, all associated winnings will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on PH Rich at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances within them.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested. This information must match the official identity documents you will be required to submit for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. PH Rich will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, notify PH Rich support immediately. Any activity that occurs under your account before a reported breach is treated as authorized activity.

PH Rich accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Withdrawals are subject to PH Rich's same-source policy: funds must be returned to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit. 1. Each promotion is available to one eligible account per player and per household. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.

3. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are removed from the wallet automatically.

5. Bonus terms, including wagering requirements, are clearly displayed on the promotions page and at the point of opt-in. PH Rich does not retroactively change the terms of an active bonus after a player has accepted it.
6. PH Rich may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already accepted an active bonus at the time of cancellation will have the existing bonus honored under its original terms.

All games available on PH Rich operate under certified random number generation (RNG) systems verified by independent testing agencies. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical payout rate of each game under normal operating conditions.

Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible directly within the game interface on PH Rich. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome — including disconnection, server errors, or software faults — PH Rich reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. The following actions are strictly prohibited on PH Rich. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds within the account:

3. Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.

6. Providing false information during registration or verification, including falsified identity documents.
7. Using PH Rich for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
8. Claiming bonuses in a systematic or coordinated way that constitutes bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts, shared devices, or the same payment details across accounts.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the PH Rich platform, including its games, software, or design.

PH Rich actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Players found to have engaged in any of the above will have their cases reviewed by the PH Rich compliance team. The decision to suspend, close, or restrict an account under this section is at PH Rich's full discretion and is final.

PH Rich reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any material respect.
2. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe after a formal request is made.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
4. A player's voluntary request to self-exclude or close their account.
5. Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account restriction or closure.

In cases where an account is closed due to no fault of the player (for example, PH Rich ceasing operations in a jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player through their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their PH Rich account can do so by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

All content on the PH Rich platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of PH Rich or its licensed providers. Nothing on this platform grants you any ownership or license to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any PH Rich content without explicit written permission.

Game titles and related content available on PH Rich are owned by their respective game providers and are licensed to PH Rich for display and operation on the platform. Player use of these games does not confer any intellectual property rights over the game content.

PH Rich provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain platform availability, PH Rich does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or any game at any given time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PH Rich shall not be liable for:

PH Rich takes responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools to all registered players:

1. Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap to manage your spending. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
2. Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at regular intervals to remind you how long you've been playing.
3. Temporary Time-Out: Take a break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a time-out, your account cannot be used for any gaming activity.
